I'm tired of doing diet to lose weight. Well, as physics scientist the solution I found to reduce the value shown in the balance of 1.370N to 900N in three months is not orthodox.

The solution became easy, just increase the Earth's rotational speed to decrease the Normal to the desired value.

Currently the Earth's rotation rate is 40.000km / 24h resulting in 1666,6667km / h, ie, 462.963 m / s. The value of the centripetal acceleration compared to the acceleration of gravity is very small. Well, we will solve this problem once, 900/1370 = 0.657, are, from 1 to 0.657 = 0.343 want -> 34.3% of the acceleration of gravity is "transformed" in centripetal acceleration, ie, ca = 0.343 x 9.8 = 3,36m / s².

Finally replacing the equation ca = V² / R we have:

V = sqrt (R c x) = sqrt (3.36 x 6366197.7) = 4624,978m / s or 16649,92km / h which will cause the day have: T = DS / V = 40000 / 16649.92 = 2 hours and 24 minutes.
